Bug Fix for critical error
On kiosk machines with SiteKiosk versions earlier than 8.7 under Windows 7, the system will in most cases become unusable after Internet Explorer 10 is installed. The affected SiteKiosk versions are 7.1 - 8.6. Any Windows 7 computers that have automatic updates enabled will be affected because Internet Explorer 10 is installed automatically as part of Windows updates.
All software resellers are strongly encouraged to forward this information to the operators of the kiosks. PROVISIO has no information about the end user and therefore cannot directly inform them!

i am currently configuring sitekiosk on a brand new pc, with windows 7 and running ie9.
all updates have been applied.
it was working up to installation of sitecafe
i do have the screenshots of the error but cannot load them here.
i have problems when i try and start the confiuration for the sitekiosk and try and load the configuration file. it comes up with a series of script errors.
can you help.
p.s. waiting for delivery of the wh emp 800 coin acceptor.

I am sorry but with SiteKiosk 8.x it is actually not possible to install SiteCafe on the same system because after the installation of SiteCafe you can't open the SiteKiosk configuration anymore.
You need to install SIteCafe on a seperate system or go back to SiteKiosk 7.8 (the actual license for SiteKiosk 8 is also valid for SiteKiosk 7.8):
1. Install SiteKiosk 7.8 first
2. Register SiteKiosk before installing SiteCafe 2.x
3. Install SiteCafe 2.x but do not install SiteCafe’s TicketStation under any circumstances
