Having issues with site remote showing that all storage space is used up. However it is not.
Can you please take a look at this on our account?

We have checked and the storage space of the team account is used up. The Disk Space usage on SiteRemote refers to the usage of the log files that were sent from the clients, the Digital Signage files for the campaigns you publish and files stored in the File Manager of SiteRemote.

To get more space you may need to delete any unused digital signage campaign and older log files as well as any files that are no longer needed that were uploaded through the File Manager. Please note that then you cannot create any new reports from the time span you have deleted log file for so you should run any required reports prior to that. That information is no retrievable after it has been deleted.
