Support Request: Script error in tray browser

Description

Hello,
We have 36 PCs running Sitekiosk utilising a portal type navigation for up to 4 windows (internet explorer, windows media player, applications and PDF).
We are getting the following error on all PCs whether a window has been opened or not:
[SiteKiosk] Script error in tray browser! URL: ; ErrMsg: "'id_TrayIconObj131216100' is undefined"; Line: 1; Char: 1; Code: 0;

Any help in identifying the error would be appreciated.

Hello,

SiteKiosk 9.3 is out of support and I cannot reproduce this issue with SiteKiosk 9.6 when using your configuration but generally this log error message applies to a Windows tray icon of an external application.

If you want to investigate further you may first check what has changed on that systems since the log entry appears and which applications are started (also in the background without SiteKiosk, e.g. an additional Anti-Virus application) that create a tray icon in the task bar of Windows.

This log entry e.g. also can appear when an external application was closed but did not properly remove its tray icon but this does not influence the security or usage of SiteKiosk.
