Support Request: Kiosk goes to sleep

Description

I'm a non-technical user of this software. What could cause the kiosk that's set to not timeout, to do so?
This has happened a handful of times to our kiosk.

Hello,

Your Kiosk can go to sleep if certain Windows settings are not turned off. To adjust power and sleep settings in Windows 10, go to Start , and select Settings > System > Power & sleep. Under Screen, select how long you want your device to wait before turning the screen off when you're not using your device. We recommend "Never". Under Sleep, select how long you want your device to wait before going to sleep when you’re not using it. We also recommend "Never". You can take a look at more power options, select Additional power settings. You can also check Control Panel > Screensaver settings as well. Also there is a windows option to turn off the sleep button that is on some keyboards. You can find those in the power settings.
