Support Request: How to custom natural black keyboard?

Hi guys,
Currently we are using SiteKiosk 9 to view our website in our store. We are using Natural Black keyboard but we want to remove all button in the red area?
Could you please help us?

Hello,

In that case you may check one of the other black keyboards available at “-->On-Screen Keyboard” in the SiteKiosk configuration (e.g. "TouchBrowser", "Simple English Black", "Windows 8 Touchscreen" or "International Black".

Otherwise you need to customize the "Natural Black" keyboard that is stored at “…\SiteKiosk\Skins\Provisio\natural_black”.
