Support Request: ad campaign on the SiteCaster.not apear

I sign in with siteremot.net (trial) to make digital signage system . I make simple "ad1" campaign and published it to sitekiosk window pc via sitecaster (trial). but there are some problems:
- Sitecaster open at begging but not open after that, error message is "Service Unavailable", HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable.
- "ad1" campaign is not appear at sitekiosk PC via sitecaster , but it appear image of sitecaster logo. when I search in PC get "ad1" campaign on the SiteCaster.appliacation file at path"C:\Program Files (x86)\SiteKiosk\SiteCaster\SiteCaster.exe"

also read message from my email is :

" Error SiteKiosk not being executed (more than 15 minutes) 12/30/2017 9:14:08 AM
The machine’s remote system service has contacted the SiteRemote server to report that SiteKiosk is currently not being executed properly. What this means is that the computer was turned on and is running without the monitored application."

So please reply what is the problem to playback "ad1" campaign ?

Do you see an error message on the Overview page of SiteRemote Administration? What is the status of the SiteRemote Windows service on the server? Please send screenshots of the first page you see when you log in to SiteRemote Administration as well as the Settings page. SiteCaster requires 8080 (incoming) on the server side and 8080 (outgoing) on the client side.

Did you publish the SiteCaster project? If so, how did you publish if you get the 503 error when you access SiteCaster?

So please reply what is the problem to playback "ad1" campaign ?
Please check the status of the SiteRemote Windows service on the service and provide the requested screenshots. You also have the option of testing SiteCaster for free at www.siteremote.net. That will allow you to test the features without having to set up your Windows server environment.

The email alert you received means that Windows is running but SiteKiosk is not. If you are logged in as an admin and changing Windows settings or even using the SiteKiosk configuration tool this message can be thrown.
