Support Request: open doc file on LAN

Description

SiteKiosk is generating a vague error when opening a .doc file located on our network.
As suggested, I have already followed steps on https://www.provisio.com/en-US/CustomerSupportCenter/ArticleDetails.aspx?ArticleID=457
As shown on the screen capture, SiteKiosk is trying to open this doc file via a browser, not the native application.

try to disable the navigation error to see if that provides different results. There is a checkbox for that under >Start Page & Browser >Advanced. Also did you add the application needed to open your file in the application section of the configuration?

"Show SiteKiosk navigation error pages" was already unchecked.

The application had been added under applications section. Tests properly.
