I am trying to start the remote desktop, but I am seeing this message at the top of the Site Remote screen,"No VNC software has been found on the client." What files do I need to install on the client?

If you are using siteremote you can click on the administration tab and click downloads and download the UVNC client installer. Also if you remove and reinstall sitekiosk if you are not using siteremote, there is an option to install the vnc client during the setup.

The UVNCinstaller should be part of a default installation. It is located at "C:\Program Files (x86)\SiteKiosk\SiteRemote\UVNCInstaller.exe".

You can use the run executable job in siteremote. Once you go to sitekiosk>jobs>new job select run executable from the dropdown and put in this file path for the command line C:\Program Files (x86)\SiteKiosk\SiteRemote\UVNCInstaller.exe and run the job.

The files are located at C:\Program Files (x86)\SiteKiosk\SiteRemote\ and are named VNC.dll and vnchooks.dll. Basically all the exe does is download these files and put them in the correct spot.

You can also use the file upload job to upload the files to the right location as well

www.provisio.com/download/uvnc/vnc.dll

www.provisio.com/download/uvnc/vnchooks.dll

just download the files and use the file upload job to upload them to C:\Program Files (x86)\SiteKiosk\SiteRemote
