Support Request: SiteRemote Licensing

Hi there!

We purchased two Sitekiosk for Android licenses but we are still getting the licenses exceeded error in SiteRemote. Should we have purchased two SiteRemote licenses and if so, can we change those two licenses to the appropriate SiteRemote licenses?

SiteKiosk and SiteRemote licenses are purchased separately. You will need 1 license per machine per year for SiteRemote. SiteKiosk also requires 1 license per system. Please email us at sales-us(at)provisio.com to cancel your existing order and switch that to SiteRemote if you would like to proceed. Do not post any order or license information here in the forum.
