Support Request: Certificate now installing
We are using a certificate generated from our Blue Coat security device to force google safe search.
We are using the chrome browser engine.
According to
http://devblog.provisio.com/post/2016/03/21/Using-Self-signed-Certificates-in-a-SiteKiosk-Chrome-Browser-Skin.aspx, we need to delete the file SiteKioskNGCef-CA.perm in order to get the certificate file to regenerate. However this file does not exist on the kiosks.
I have followed
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/framework/wcf/feature-details/how-to-view-certificates-with-the-mmc-snap-in to view the certificates on the machine and have verified that the certificate that we are trying to add is present.
Is the fact that SiteKioskNGCef-CA.perm does not exist a problem?
I can provide configuation files as needed.
