Support Request: Registration

Description

Our Site Kiosk systems started to prompt for us to enter a registration key or to enter a USB stick about a week ago. It occurs on various Kiosks with different versions. We are able to login and enter the registration keys, and it registers, however the next day (system reboots each night) the registration prompt returns. We have had some of these PCs in production for years, some fairly new, and it occurs on most.

This can occur if you updated your SiteKiosk license but are still running the old license that was cancelled after the update or the license is running on too many machines. Please contact us at sales-america(at)provisio.com with the license or order information of your licenses so we can verify if that license is still valid. Do not post any license information here in the support forum.
