Support Request: Reinstalling Kiosk

Description

I am trying to re-install the Site Kiosk software after re-imaging the computer. I have the license string for the software, but when I enter the name of the registrant and the product key, it refuses to register.

I have read the documentation and it seems to indicate if it has been longer than 12 months since the product was registered that you need to upgrade.

Please help me how to re-register this product.

Please contact us at sales-america(at)provisio.com with the invoice number or PO number of your license purchase as well as the version number of SiteKiosk that you are seeing this issue with. Do not post any license information here in the public support forum.
