Support Request: Licence issue

Hi,
One of our partners is complaining as the license turned all of the sudden invalid. Please see the certificate attached.

This license is still valid however if you have updated to the current SiteKiosk version it will not work with that. You would need to purchase an update to use it with the current version. What message do you get when you try to activate it? Which SiteKiosk Android version are you running? Please do not post any license or other private information here in the public support forum.
