We are rebuilding our kiosk to upgrade to the latest version of Windows. All of our license keys are failing. Would you assist me with this?

we are trying to install the existing version. we only upgraded windows. Is it recommended to upgrade the kiosk software also?

Hello,

Based on the description of the problem, I am assuming that you might have a SiteKiosk version less than 9.0. Support for Windows 10 started with SiteKiosk 9.0+. If that was the case, please reach out to our Sales Team to confirm. Generally, you can use any version released within 12 months of your purchase. We prefer not to discuss further licensing details in the public forum.
