Support Request: Default Video player

Description

Hi how can I change the default video player Sitekiosk uses fro playing local mp4 files? I can change the default for Windows, but Sitekiosk always uses QuickTime Player?

Hello,

SiteKiosk has no separate setting for this and usually does use the Windows settings.

Did you check it in “Run once” mode (in the user account where you changed the default for Windows)?

For the “Auto Start” mode you should change the default for Windows in the SiteKiosk user account.
