Support Request: Digital Signage on Firefox 36.0

Description

Hi, When I go to the Digital Signage tab on firefox on my server I get an error "There was an error contact the server. please make sure you are connected to the internet and try again. the status code was:404"

I'm connected fine to the internet.

I can use IE on the server and I get to the right screen but because its IE11 its not rendered correctly, hence the use of Firefox.

Previously you have asked me to use compatibility mode for IE issues but I can't seem to make firefox do the same sort of thing.

Any assistance (as always) is gratefully received.

Hello,

As you use your own Server please follow the note you will find at the installation brochure (page 1 no. 7):
http://www.provisio.com/Download/brochures/siteremote-server-install-en.pdf

For a proper display in the Internet Explorer make sure using a current SiteRemote version (5.x).
If it still doesn’t work you may check disabling the checkbox “Display intranet sites in Compatibility View” that you will find in the IE settings (Compatibility View Settings).
