Support Request: Microsoft Silverlight Error

Description

New user here. I'm using site remote to try to set up some DigitalSignage. Even though I have the latest version of Microsoft Silverlight it still will not allow me to schedule a campaign. I even removed my version and downloaded it from the link on the site remote page and it still wont work. I've restarted multiple times in-between installs as well. I'm running windows 7 64-Bit. Am I missing something?

I should also not that I've tried multiple browsers including IE, Chrome and FireFox without any luck.

We have not heard any other reports of an issue like this. Have you ever been able to schedule a campaign in the past? Are you using SiteRemote Cloud at www.siteremote.net or do you run your own server? Are you getting an error message? Scheduling is the second step of the process to publish a campaign. Do you mean you can access the Digital Signage campaign and create a new campaign but when you get to the Schedule step there is a problem? Please describe exactly what happens when it does not seem to work properly.

i have the same problem, running own server, have silverlight installed and tried both firefox and IE, i can create a campaign, but can not see anything when opening the schedule part, just blank page.

What version of SiteRemote are you running?

I solved this upgrading to the latest version on the server,
Reinstallert Silverlight and sitecaster.
