Support Request: Internet access Problem

Description

The SiteKiosk software is installed in a PC inside a plant where there is an internal network protected.
It's no possible to access the internet (than you can go to the web sites) with Sitekiosk User while this is possible with Administrator user. We changed the browser / proxy settings in both user (then the internet settings are the same) but the problem is not solved. Can you help me?

Hello,

You may import the proxy settings of the Administrator (IE settings) to the SiteKiosk configuration with using the import button at “-->Maintenance-->Connection-->Use proxy server-->Settings” and then test it agein.

Otherwise you should check this in Internet Explorer while logged in as SiteKiosk user.

If you got this working in IE you should disable the option “Use proxy server” in the SiteKiosk configuration.
