Support Request: Manage SiteKiosk with SiteRemote

Description

I registered a free trial version of SiteRemote to manage my (one) machine with SiteKiosk.
I would change some setting, like screensaver (slide and duration) or home page buttons.
It's possibile? I see that SiteRemote allow me to upload a configuration file, but how can I change the current configuration?

Hello,

The easiest way would be to import the configuration to the configuration page on SiteRemote (-->SiteKiosk-->Configuration).
When done, download the configuration file to your local machine.
Then you can change the configuration settings with using the config tool of a local SiteKiosk installation (SiteKiosk must not be licensed).
After that upload the configuration again to your SiteRemote team and distribute it to the client(s).

Then..

1) Download the configuration file (via ftp) from SiteKiosk.
There are two files: name.skcfg.local and name.skcfg, which one should I take?

2) Install SiteKiosk on another local pc, without licensed it, it isn't?
Must I to completely install SiteKiosk?

3) Upload configuration file to Sitekiosk.

Hello,

Generally this is correct but you don’t need to use FTP but can use SiteRemote for downloading, uploading and publishing the configuration file.
