SiteKiosk creates a Windows user account during installation. This error means that the account's password does not meet the strong password requirements that are set on your network.
To resolve this issue, you will need to install from the command line in order to change that password to something that will meet your network's requirements. Do the following to install from the command line.
Open a command prompt (cmd.exe) and in the Command prompt window, type the line below. NOTE: Change the “12mypasswd” to a password of your choice that fits your network restrictions. You will need to change the directory of the command prompt to where the file is saved.
sitekiosk8.exe /V"DEFAULTPASSWD=12mypasswd"
