Support Request: Site Kiosk cannot locate local java install

Description

Application: Building automation user kiosk.
Machine and Software: Win 8.1 enterprise, IE 11 browser, web-based portal app that requires local java
1. The basic install and associated IE security settings is able to access the local (192.168.xxx.xxx) dedicated web server and loads an app login screen. Once quthenticated, the local PC displays pages using java 8 v 45 installed on the PC.
2. When we try to run this under site-kiosk the we are able to also login use the app login screen. Once authenticated, the application cannot find local java and tries to redirect us to the java.com site as it thinks we have not yet installed java. Of course java IS installed and properly functions from the desktop.

In both cases, the same user account is used (administrator account). Site kiosk is configured to allow java to run. What can we change to allow site kiosk to run using the good configuration that works from the desktop.

(Note, all other aspects of site kiosk are excellent and we like the on-screen keyboard functionality). Hope you have a fix for this.

There is no known issue in SiteKiosk with pages that use client side Java. The only place in the SiteKiosk configuration tool where you can allow/block Java is >Basic >Access/Security. Does the page work outside of SiteKiosk in IE on this machine? What is the version number of SiteKiosk you are running? Is Java recognized by other web pages on this machine?
