Support Request: Unable to log into SiteRemote

Description

I can not log into SiteRemote. I also am unable to reset my password. It says my account does not exist.

I was using NewlandIT and the username and the email should have been Licensing(at)newlandco.com

There is not a team registered with this email at www.siteremote.net. When did your license expire? Teams on www.siteremote.net without a valid license will be deleted automatically a couple of months after the license has expired.
