Support Request: Error in sitekiosk log

Reproduction

Each time i start automatically sitekiosk i have a black screen and i can't use wy application

Description

I attach here the content of log files; i see a script error in soundbar.js under sitekiosk folder but i don't know if this is the problem.

Hi,

from the posted logfiles it is clear that your problem is not caused by SiteKiosk. The reported error is related to a missing sound card and does not affect the operation of SiteKiosk in the described way. Please check the system events of the OS and ask your OS administrator for help.

But my question is:

the black screen that appears on automatic start depends on this soundbar component?
It is located under sitekioks folder.
Why when i run once sitekiosk it is working.
Finally, if i change the start screen and i use a metro IE skyn it is running also automatically, so i can't understand the problem.

Good Afternoon,
i've done a test, i've renamed this component C:/Program%20Files%20(x86)/SiteKiosk/Skins/Windows_8/Scripts/soundBar.js as soundbar_old.js and then start again automatically sitekiosk.
IT IS WORKING noiw..................so the problem is related to this javascript C:/Program%20Files%20(x86)/SiteKiosk/Skins/Windows_8/Scripts/soundBar.js but i can't understand why! On windows event viewer i don't see errors related to sound or similar.
What this script do?
Can i leave it renamed or i could have problems?
Could you help me to find a solution?

Hi,

as this script is part of the MetroIE skin, I cannot see that this should be responsible for your problem as you wrote that Metro IE Skin does work. Please send an email to support-europeprovisio.com, so I can help you with a fix for that error. Maybe this helps for your initial error, too.

Alternatively you can update to SiteKiosk 9.3 where this fix is included already.
