Description

Could you tell me how to deregister a licence on a device? Currently, once licence is running on two devices at the same time.

Hello,

You can uninstall SiteKiosk (-->Control Panel-->Programs and Features) or just delete the license information from the Windows registry.

In case you want to delete license:
Login with an admin user without SiteKiosk running.
Open the Windows registry with regedit.exe and go to
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\PROVISIO\SiteKiosk
(on 32 Bit systems HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\PROVISIO\SiteKios)
Look for the entries 'licensee' and 'signature' and delete them.

Generally just make sure that you do not use the license on more devices than the license is valid for.
