Support Request: blank drop down boxes

Description

We are trying to use the site Dayforcehcm.com with the site kiosk software. When users try to use the drop down menus on the site the options are blank. We made sure to have Java and MS Silverlight updated to the latest version. We are using Windows 7 64bit on Dell desktops 3050's and the Internet Explorer. We did testing on Windows 10 64bit to see if that would fix the issue but no luck. Any help with this error would be much appreciated.

The person whos account is on SiteKiosk to buy licenses does not help support the product in our Company. Please reach out to our IT Support team.

Do you get the same results in both the Chrome and IE browsers in SiteKiosk? Can you provide a link to a page where I can test this without having to log in?

We tried with Chrome but one of our Intranet sites does not work in Chrome and has to be opened in IE. I am still working on trying to get a test account but we wondering if we could set up a call to discuss the issue further.

You could give us a call if you would like but ultimately we would still need a test account in order to replicate the issue.
