Support Request: Unable to Login or Reset password

Hello Provisio support.

I am having difficulty logging into SiteRemote. I should have another month on my subscription (invoice #103274 from July 2017). I tried a password reset and think that I did not correctly record my username.

Can you help. my email is aherskowitz(at)cfgo.com.

The license purchased on 7/12/2017 was never activated. There is currently not an account registered with an @cfgo.com email address at www.siteremote.net. If a SiteRemote account is expired for more than a couple of months, it will be automatically deleted by the system. Since the license you purchased was not activated, I assume the last license expired and the account was automatically deleted a couple of months after that. In that case, you would need to set up a new account at www.siteremote.net and register your machines with that account. You can then activate the license you purchased last July since that is still unused.
