Support Request: Error message every morning

Description

Every morning when the enduser comes in there is an error message. I have included a screen shot in the zip file with the config and the latest error log. I restarted the PC and get the same message with a different error message ID. If they log into the kiosk everything is fine Can you help?

I tried to visit the website outside of sitekiosk and got the same error message. There seems to be an issue with the website itself. What I did was go to https://tamut.starfishsolutions.com/starfish-ops/kiosk/index.html first and it pulled up the login screen. then i went to https://tamut.starfishsolutions.com/starfish-ops/kiosk/launchKiosk.html and got the same error you received. I am assuming the later is the page that shows up after you log in? I also used your config and the website also showed up after i opened a new tab or refreshed the current tab. There are no sitekiosk errors in the logfiles as well.

Starfish is a company that keeps track of student grades and alerts professors and students when they fall behind. Maybe they have it locked downed where we can get there but outside of our network it is unavailable. Starfish has a kiosk mode itself - that is where that url takes you. I went up there this morning and the same error was on the screen but after I logged in it was fine. It used to do this automatically.

Thanks for looking into this. I've contacted our support people about the Starfish link.
