Hello,

You cannot display office files like PowerPoint or Microsoft Access in Digital Signage or SiteKiosk Browser.

For PowerPoint you may export the PowerPoint presentation as MP4 video with using the PowerPoint application and then add the video.

Hello,

There is no other way with Digital Signage.

If you refer to the SiteKiosk Browser:
As SiteKiosk is a web browser and not an office application it cannot display PowerPoint files directly.

But you can simply download the office files and open them in corresponding Office
First you need to allow downloads in the SiteKiosk configuration (-->Files & Downloads)
When using an IE based skin also activate the file manager of SiteKiosk-(-->Files & Downloads)
, that you can open the files by double clicking them in the File Manager of SiteKiosk.
When using a Chrome based skin you can configure an application that automatically opens the PowerPoint file after download (File actions section at -->Files & Downloads)

Further information here:
http://www.provisio.com/helpconsole/SiteKiosk%20Help/en-US/default.htm?file_manager.htm
Don’t forget to add the Office application(s) to the SiteKiosk configuration (-->Applications) to make sure that these programs close on session end and/or logout:
http://www.provisio.com/helpconsole/SiteKiosk%20Help/en-US/default.htm?applications.htm
And configure to “delete downloaded files” at “Logout”.

Alternatively you can convert the PowerPoint file into an HTML-presentation by using Office (PowerPoint).
After that, simply embed the HTML Start Page of the HTML PPT presentation (usually fullscreen.htm) into the configuration.

Or you even export the PowerPoint presentation as video file and then display the video in SiteKiosk.
