Hello,

When using the URL https://mail.com in SiteKiosk 9.6 with a new SiteKiosk configuration and Metro IE skin selected there is no problem.

Therefore you may first restore the original value for the IE compatibility view:

<ie8-compatibility-view enabled="true"/>

Note that despite the ie8 part of the name it also applies to higher IE versions.
True means IE11 mode (if IE11 is installed).

After making changes to that value always start SiteKiosk a second time
(the setting will be written to the Windows Registry on startup of SiteKiosk).
Further information in this FAQ: https://www.provisio.com/en-GB/CustomerSupportCenter/ArticleDetails.aspx?ArticleID=9701

Alternatively you can switch to “Chrome Browser” skin using a Chromium CEF Browser engine installed with SiteKiosk instead of the IE Webbrowser Control of the installed Internet Explorer.

Furthermore you should check that SiteKiosk in the user agent header is deactivated.
To do this, open the SiteKiosk configuration tool and go to >Basic >Start Page & Browser.
Click the “Advanced” button and make sure the box labeled 'Add "SiteKiosk" to user agent header' is unchecked.

If it still doesn’t work you may send your SiteKiosk configuration (…\SiteKiosk\Config\YourConfig.skcfg), the current log file (…\SiteKiosk\Logfiles) and a step by step description how to reproduce the problem via e-mail to support-europe(at)provisio.com.
