Support Request: Application not autolaunching

Description

Trying to put together a box that launches the country records search program Digital Reel. Clicking the test link works like a champ, but when SK autologs on, it goes straight to the desktop. This happens both in the kiosk ID and an admin account Pretty sure I'm missing something basic.

Are you able to send the actual application to test with? if so you can send it or the download link to adams(at)provisio.com
