Can you please urgently assist. I have paid to renew my license however I have not received an activation or confirmation.

We have responded to your license inquiry by email, however we received a bounce back from your email server regarding the email is not valid.

That might explain why you did not receive the original invoice email. Do you have a different address where we could send that?
