Description

When running reports to trying and see the usage/up time all of our kiosks are showing that they are down in the report. When I look at the Monitoring I see that Kiosk are up and running so not sure why they are showing none are up in the reports.

All reports are created from log files but the GUI status is based on live data. If the logs show something different, they are either missing for the selected period of the report for the selected machines or not yet fully available, because the machines did not upload them or someone has configured in the team settings that log data (either fully or partially) should not be transferred to the server. If you select one of the machines you ran the report for and check the log files for that machine in SiteRemote for the time period your ran the report for are there any log files?
