Support Request: Sophos Antivirus Exceptions

Description

Are current exceptions that are configured in sophos antivirus are not working any longer. Here is what we have currently for allowed applications..

Path: C:\Program Files (x86)\SiteKiosk

Path: C:\Program Files (x86)\SiteKiosk\SiteRemote\SiteRemoteClientService.exe

What else do we need to allow for sitekiosk to work properly?

You should be able to check the log to see what your antivirus application is blocking specifically and create an exception based on that. This could vary depending on the antivirus in use, your specific antivirus settings and your system settings.

I have checked the logs on my antivirus (Sophos) and it is not reporting anything is being blocked. I have run into this before once we first switched over to Sophos antivirus. What exceptions need to be made for Sitekiosk to work properly. Is it possible to get this escalated. I'm pretty sure I'm not the first person with this problem.
