Editor will not open when moving to 1709 and stopped working in 1703.

I am assuming you are referring to windows updates 1709 and 1703? What version of SiteKiosk do you have installed? have you tried a reinstallation or repair of the sitekiosk installation?

This is Windows 10 Versions 1703 & 1709. We have repaired and reinstalled, Uninstalled and reinstalled. MSI says 9.6.8032
