Support Request: Touch screen problem with Sitekiosk 9

Description

we have 5 pc public for our intranet, it's a touch screen.

the problem is that the touch bug, it hangs and we have to restart the pc or disconnect the USB cable from the screen.

config:
PC: Asus Pro E420
Screen: iiyama Prolite LCD Monitor T2453MTS (connect to HDMI)

have you ever encountered problem? and do you have a solution?

Hello,

SiteKiosk has no code implemented to activate or deactivate a touch screen.
You need to contact the manufacturer of the touch screen, as it is not integrated into the Windows system by SiteKiosk, but by the manufacturer's drivers.
