Support Request: The registration of SiteKiosk Failed (Can't use my previous license)

Description

Hi,
I tried to use my previous license of SiteKiosk 9.7 for Windows and a error appears (The registration of SiteKiosk failed. The period for free updates included in your SiteKiosk license has expired. This version of SiteKiosk cannot be registered with this license. Please use a previous SiteKiosk version or buy an update in our online store.)

What I'm suppose to do?

Thank you for submitting your inquiry. Version 9.7 had had a number of builds. I had provided a brief listing below:

Thursday, April 11, 2019 SiteKiosk 9.7.5026 Final Version
Wednesday, January 09, 2019 SiteKiosk 9.7.4937
Wednesday, December 12, 2018 SiteKiosk 9.7.4905

You can use any version or builds withing the 12 months of purchase if you did not not purchase an update. Example:

I purchased SiteKiosk on 1/15/2018. I could download and could use up to SiteKiosk 9.7.4937 but not SiteKiosk 9.7.5026.
