Support Request: SiteKiosk unable to access to CItibank OTP page

Description

Hi,

Recently we have receive a number of feedback in regards to Public making payment using Citibank card and unable to reach OTP page. We took a video on how it behave. While using IE in the computer, it able to access to the Citibank OTP page. However, when clicking on runonce, it does not able to access to the Citibank page and it throw out a string of HTML code.

Please advise

Do you get the same behavior if you use the Chrome-based browser option in SiteKiosk? Do you get the same result if you remove SiteKiosk from the user agent header? To do that, open the SiteKiosk configuration tool and to>Basic >Start Page & Browser. Uncheck the box to 'Add "SiteKiosk" to user agent header'. Save and test.

We are not able to use Chrome-based browser as we require activeX to run the payment devices. We tried remove SiteKiosk from the user agent header. However, receive the same issue..

Please advise.
