Support Request: upgrade to Win 10

Description

I am running SiteCafe manager on win 7 and i need to upgrade the OS to win 10, so there is any restricitions or steps to do before the upgrade to Win 10.

Thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately, SiteCafe is not supported on Windows 10. Also, we no longer provide any technical support for SiteCafe. The last SiteCafe release was in 2010. SiteCafe requires a 32-bit Windows version of no later than 8.1 to work properly.

Well, thank you... so what are the options just you don't support it anymore, so we stock on it and we cannot use you product anymore and look for a different one ?

Sorry for the inconvenience. The SiteCafe software was discontinued 9 years ago. Due to technical barriers introduced by Microsoft in Windows 10, SiteCafe requires a 32-bit Windows version of no later than 8.1 to properly work. SiteCafe was an internet cafe software that allowed users to create accounts to store credit. They could credit their account and save the balance to use at the internet cafe at a later date. An alternative would be to use direct payment on the terminal for the pay per use computer. That can be either a supported payment device or the user can type in their CC info. There is no longer an option to store credit to use later.
