Support Request: Unable to Sign into Account

Description

I am running into an error that does not allow me to sign into account. I have attached a screen shot. I have uninstalled and reinstalled SiteKiosk, and the error still occurs.

Hello,

Thank you for your inquiry. This is a known issue and happens due to changes made in a Windows Update from February 2020. The fix had been incorporated into SiteKiosk starting version 9.7 build 5324. Those who have older versions will need to reinstall SiteKiosk and run the useraccesspatcher.exe program just once before Auto Start is selected and again IF the default settings of the restricted user were to be reloaded (System Security Manager>>Unprotect/Protect): https://www.provisio.com/en-US/CustomerSupportCenter/ArticleDetails.aspx?ArticleID=25283 .
