Support Request: error opening configure sitekiosk

Hi
I tried to install version9 in order to test and to buy this version but after installing I want to start Configure Sitekiosk and then get enclosed message,
do I something wrong?

Hello,

There is no known issue ion supported operating systems (Windows 7/8/10) and unfortunately this is a general error message.
The SiteKisok confguration is provided as local web page on port 8889.

You first should check if there is any additional antivirus application installed on that system. If there is you should uninstall it, reinstall SiteKiosk and check again.
Otherwise you should check if the computer is member of a domain and if there are special policies set that restrict the user access.
