Descripción

Sitekiosk stuck on startup. The white cirkle in image just shown. I try to tap 6 times on home buttom but the log in dialog is behind the white circkle. How can i in some way go to settings or stop sitekiosk. I just cant do noting now. Same thing on every startup.

Hello,

It might be that there is any other App starting or trying to start while SiteKiosk is running.
As SiteKiosk is a secure browser it will block all system dialogs and other Apps by default.

You may first check this FAQ to exit SiteKiosk Android:

Then you should check if another Android App is starting automatically on that system.

In case you need to allow a specific App you can add that App to the assigned apps list at “-->Security-->Allow assigned apps” by enabling the corresponding checkbox.

If that doesn’t work you may first check the SiteKiosk log.
(e.g. if the start page URL is blocked by your sufring area settings)

Otherwise you need to check the ADB log of Android that displays which app package is blocked.
