Support Request: configure screen resolution

On menu option, should I configure screen resolution in site kiosk?

we have problem of black screen at startup, and we were not able to perform any action. finally, we get into windows by remote desktop from another computer. we read in few articles that site kiosk throws this black screen error if the resolution is not supported. so where should I configure screen resolution in site kiosk.

This only needs to be configured correctly in Windows. What did you set as your start page? Can you replicate the issue with a default SiteKiosk configuration file?
