Support Request: Replace computer without buying new license

Hello, Could you please send me the instructions for replacing a failed computer with a new one and re-using the license of the dead computer? Thank you for your support.

You can retrieve your license information from your customer account if you do not have a copy of that. If you are completely replacing the computer and the old one is no longer in use, you just need to install SiteKiosk and apply the same license key.

Thanks very much. What about SiteRemote? I have zero access to old computer... Can I upload the config file in site-remote and save in new machine?
