Support Request: windows update

Description

I need to update the computer that we have sitekiosk installed. This will erase everything on it including sitekiosk. I need help with steps for the reinstall.

Hello,

Thank you for submitting your inquiry. There are a few things you will need to back up before a reinstall:

Licensing information - click the Registration button at the top of the SiteKiosk configuration window. Copy all the texts in both fields or refer to the licensing email received. https://www.provisio.com/helpconsole/SiteKiosk%20Help/en-US/registering_sitekiosk.htm

SiteKiosk version - At the top of the SiteKiosk configuration screen is the version or build number. You can find the version or build here. (Support for Windows 10 started with version 9.0+) https://www.provisio.com/en-US/Downloads/VersionHistory.aspx

Strong password - If you are on a corporate domain, you can set a strong password using instructions here: (Silent installations) https://www.provisio.com/helpconsole/SiteKiosk%20Help/en-US/scope_of_supply.htm

Important project files -
Configuration - C:\Program Files (x86)\SiteKiosk\Config (*.skcfg files)
Start Screen - C:\Users\Public\SiteKiosk\content (the entire folder).
Media Content - C:\Program Files (x86)\SiteKiosk\Html (image, html folders, PDF etc)
