Support Request: Problems with password for sitekiosk online

Hello,

I have an issue with our Sitekiosk service login. I can access the account with license purchase but encounter problems with accessing sitekiosk.online service. Repeated attempts at resetting the password don't help as I don't get the reset e-mail (I've checked the spam folder). This leads me to believe that for whatever reason the account has set as contact an e-mail that was assigned to my predecessor (though I believe I've changed it) and whose inbox I can't access. Would you be able to check whether the e-mail assigned to both services is a match and if yes, then could you determine why the reset messages don't get delivered?

With your e-mail address (anna.zaleska(at)luteranie.pl) there is a team at https://sitekiosk.online
According to the mail server log, there were no problems with the delivery of e-mails, which means that your receiving e-mail server accepted the e-mail

General note:
The login to your customer account at www.sitekiosk.com has nothing to do with the SiteKiosk Online account at https://sitekiosk.online. The former is your customer account for purchasing the license(s) and the latter is the SiteKiosk Online product for managing your client computers.
