SiteKiosk: Corrección de error crítico
Si se instala Internet Explorer 10 en un equipo kiosco que funciona con SiteKiosk versión 7.1 - 8.6 bajo Windows 7, es casi seguro que el sistema ya no es utilizable. Bajo Windows 8, este error no ocurre! Una vez que se activa la función de actualización automática en la máquina de Windows 7, se instala el nuevo Internet Explorer 10 automáticamente.

Rogamos que todos los distribuidores y revendedores envien esta información urgentemente a los operadores de sistemas de kiosco. PROVISIO no tiene información sobre el usuario final y por lo tanto no puede informar directamente!

ErrMsg: "Object doesn't support this property or method"; Line: 2719; Char: 1; Code: 0;

Works out of site kiosk, and use to work before. Now just reports this error when trying to login

Hello,

have you tested your Web page from another user account (e.g. Admin account with "RunOnce" Mode) or another computer?
Have you tested your Web page with the RealPlayer Browser (Because this Browser is using the Microsoft Web browser Control like SiteKiosk)?

The message "Object doesn't support this property or method" is a general script error:

We are having a similar issue with not being able to login to Oracle through SiteKiosk. I was wondering if you were able to resolve this issue and, if so, what was done to fix the problem.

Hello,
in a current version of SiteKiosk you may deactivate that SiteKiosk is being added to the user agent of the browser under Browser Design -> Advanced. May help but is not guaranteed to as it depends on what the script on that oracle generated page does to produce that error.
