Dear Support Team,

I was Trying to install the Site Kiosk on a machine & I got the Message "this application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way"

SiteKiosk automatically download and installs a specific version of the Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Redistributable Package that is required to use SiteKiosk.
In this case it seems there is a problem with the installation of the Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Redistributable Package.

They may download and install it separately (Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Redistributable (x86) - 11.0.50727):

I have Downloaded The (Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Redistributable (x86) - 11.0.50727) From the link you have provided in the ticket, but unfortunately I still Getting The Same Error when trying to install The Site Kiosk.

The Error Message Now is "This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way" .

Are you installing SiteKiosk directly from our website www.provisio.com or are you performing a silent installation e.g. via the command prompt?

The error message you are receiving is coming from your Windows Operating System and will need to be resolved before installing SiteKiosk.

Easy Fix:
Reinstall the Windows OS to its default settings and perform all necessary updates.

For alternative troubleshooting steps:

you may need to contact your Network/IT Administrator to view the Windows Event logs for any associated errors or events at the time you try to install the software on this particular system:
