After I download and install of the donation sample kiosk and configuring the starting page to
c:\program files\sitekiosk\skin\donations\start.html ( I did not find a configuration file with the donation sample download)
I started site kiosk and got a screen that does not look like the donation screen
it would be nice to have a configuration file for this sample kiosk with payment simulation.

Where did you save the new configuration file you created with the donation skin?
The default location for the configuration file is C:/Programfiles/SiteKiosk/Config ... you will just need to double click on the file to view your settings.. You should also remember to save the settings in the SiteKiosk configuration every time you make a change.

I am using the configuration file provide with the download of SiteKiosk v8.9 with a c:\program files\sitekiosk\config\example.skcfg
using the configure program I have change the starting page to point to the starting page of donation sample kiosk ( no configuration file was provided with donation)
c:\program file\sitekiosk\skins\donation\start.html
in addition, using the configure program I have enabled 3 payment device in simulation mode.
it will be very nice to have a configuration file for the donation kiosk sample so I can confirm that the program is working with your provided sample.

If you need to use the SiteKiosk Download skin template, then you will need to navigate to (Basic > Start Page & Browser > Choose your browser design) ... You will then choose the DONATION SKIN V3.... (you may need to download if not in the configuration tool):

Save and test in SiteKiosk.
