Description

I get his error when trying to open the following link:

https://forms.brent.gov.uk/servlet/ep.ext?extId=619396&byPostcode=y&byStreet=y&byHouseNumber=Y&byAddress=y&st=PRS

I am running on a windows 7 VDI, and Internet Explorer 11.

This link opens outside of Site Kiosk

Hello, I can open that link in SiteKiosk (on Windows 7 with IE11) without any issue. The error message states that there is a network (DNS) problem. Does it work in SiteKiosk when you start in “Run once” mode? Maybe there is any user dependent setting necessary to access the network in SiteKiosk user account (used in “Auto Start” mode). E.g. any proxy settings? Regards, Michael Olbrich
