Support Request: Onscreen Keyboard not visible

Reproduction

the problem always exists. No on screen keyboard is available when Site Kiosk is running.

Description

The onscreen keyboard will not show up. Not visible when selecting any area where text input is needed. Windows 10 Pro. I have reloaded software and checked configuration is correct.

Did you ensure the on-screen keyboards are activated in SiteKiosk (>Plus >Onscreen keyboards)? If you use the onscreen keyboard advanced options to turn the keyboard on full time instead of just when a text box is focused, can you see the keyboard? We do not have any other reports of an issue like this. Please send your configuration file to ward(at)provisio.com.
